Since 2000, Edeko Lighting Studio has been illuminating the most important architectural landmarks and cultural events in Greece. Guided by the artistic vision of its founder, the internationally acclaimed lighting designer Eleftheria Deko, the studio consists of a team of architectural and stage lighting specialists, who implement a bespoke, attentive approach to each project . With technical ingenuity and artistic sensitivity, Edeko Lighting Studio seeks the tacit poetry in lighting design.

Architectural Lighting
At Edeko Lighting Studio, we approach buildings not as static structures, but as living presences waiting to be revealed. Through the illumination of materials, details, and forms, we make architecture complete. Each project begins with dialogue — with the client, the context, and the architecture itself — so that light may not only accompany form, but elevate it.
Our process moves with equal discipline and imagination: from the initial concept analysis and presentation, to detailed drawings, technical specifications, 3D visualizations, and cost studies. With ingenious solutions and pioneering tools, we give precision to poetry — allowing light to integrate seamlessly with architecture and function.
The parameters are constant: aesthetic integrity, harmonious integration, flexibility, sustainability, and energy consciousness. Yet the outcome is always singular — an architectural identity illuminated, and a space transformed into atmosphere.
Stage Lighting
Whether it is theatre, dance, opera, concert, or performance, light enters the stage creating a dialogue with every other element, shaping and being shaped by the unfolding act. Edeko Lighting Studio has a solid experience of more than three decades in stage lighting in Greece and abroad, collaborating with directors, choreographers, designers, and artists to give form to emotion and rhythm to story.
From the intimacy of an underground warehouse or the grandeur of an ancient theatre, our work balances artistry with technical ingenuity. We sculpt light in order to help realise an artistic vision — creating experiences that resonate long after the curtain falls.
Event Lighting
Events are fleeting by nature — yet through light, they endure as memory. At Edeko Lighting Studio, we combine artistic sensitivity with ingenious design and advanced technologies to shape atmospheres that are both immersive and unforgettable.
We study each location, analyse its requirements, and respond with solutions that are as imaginative as they are precise. Whether a private gathering or a large-scale cultural celebration, our team offers complete creative direction and on-site realization.
Art Installations
In our artistic practice, we explore light as both medium and message — an instrument of placemaking, storytelling, and identity. Our installations blur the boundaries between art and design, between space and imagination.
We create singular works that invite contemplation and evoke emotion. Working with multidisciplinary teams, we design artworks that are not only objects of light, but narratives: ways for art, architecture, and audience to converge in silence and illumination.
